As a firm focused exclusively on interiors, we help clients align their business strategies with dynamic space use. We seek a Designer for our Denver studio. The Designer, working under supervision, provides support in project administration, design development, and contract documentation. Responsibilities include: Developing design ideas and creating drawings with the team Drafting technical drawings (Strong Revit skills required) Overseeing all design and drawings for smaller projects Reviewing engineering drawings for compliance Researching and selecting fixtures and finishes Creating space plans for various project sizes Reviewing space plans and addressing complex issues Detailing interior design projects Developing design and furniture packages for small to medium projects Assisting with larger project packages Obtaining and producing cost estimates Supporting field surveys when needed Managing project budgets Mentoring junior staff and providing feedback Conducting client interviews and utilizing Affinity tools Qualifications: Degree in architecture or design; equivalent experience considered 5+ years of experience in corporate interior design Skills and knowledge include: Design principles, aesthetics, and space planning Furnishings, finishes, and furniture layout Sketching, rendering, and interior detailing skills Knowledge of building systems, codes, ADA, and contract procedures Proficiency in MS Office, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and 3Ds Max Leadership ability to guide junior staff Please submit a portfolio or work samples with your application. Salary Range: $78,000 - $90,000, based on experience and credentials.
