Job Title : Marketing Reporting Analyst
Location : Houston, TX 77024
Schedule : Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days WFH)
Salary : $90,000
Bonus : 5% annual bonus

What You'll Be Doing: Design dashboards to evaluate key marketing programs and opportunities
Gather requirements from stakeholders and define metrics aligned with business objectives
Build proof-of-concept reports and queries for customer reporting
Lead ad hoc analysis projects and write SQL queries to extract insights
Summarize and present analysis findings to internal stakeholders
Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights
Develop processes to capture and manage customer preferences
Implement technologies to support compliance management
Maintain new data feeds to ensure compliance with marketing regulations, including customer requests related to CCPA
Develop and maintain a roadmap for marketing dashboards and reporting initiatives
Define project plans and collaborate with engineering to ensure successful report delivery
Monitor and maintain data quality to ensure accuracy of reports What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in management information systems, analytics, or related field preferred
2-3 years' experience building reports and supporting queries
Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases
Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Understanding of marketing performance metrics
Experience with large datasets and presenting analysis findings
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
Eagerness to learn new tools and approaches to enhance data analysis
