The ideal candidate will bring a
proven track record of success within the Procurement practice of a leading management consulting firm
. They will demonstrate:
A
comprehensive understanding of current industry dynamics and emerging trends
in Procurement, with a broader perspective on the evolving Supply Chain landscape
Deep expertise across key Procurement capability areas, including:
Procurement Strategy
Procurement Organization & Operating Model Design
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
Process Improvement & Optimization
Spend Analysis & Cost Reduction Initiatives
Procurement Technology & Package Selection
Broader experience across other Supply Chain disciplines such as:
Supply Chain Planning
Logistics & Distribution
Manufacturing Operations
Supply Chain Analytics
A strong
executive presence
with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
YOUR PROFILE
We would love to see a candidate with:
· Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree a plus
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences
· Ability to work with both the business users and IT project team members
· Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
· Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible
