ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a (Senior) Marketing Manager, Performance & Growth - US (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Performance Marketing, Growth, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to drive scalable and targeted demand generation in our U.S. market.

This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for developing the marketing engine and shaping GTM execution - from paid acquisition and funnel optimization to running tailored ABM campaigns targeting strategic accounts.

This is a great opportunity to shape the demand generation strategy in a new market, working closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and predictable pipeline growth in a fast-paced B2B fintech environment.

This role is remote-friendly, based in the United States, with occasional travel for team meetings or onboarding.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Founders to align growth tactics with pipeline goals, while leveraging data to fuel experimentation and insights.

Paid Acquisition: Take full ownership of performance marketing channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic. ABM Execution: Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns in close alignment with sales - targeting high-value accounts with tailored messaging, content, and tactics. Growth Experimentation: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests across the funnel to drive acquisition and lifecycle improvements. Funnel Optimization: Build and evolve frameworks to track the user journey from impression to activation and identify bottlenecks. Campaign Execution: Launch and manage paid and lifecycle campaigns end to end, from creative briefing to optimization and reporting. Marketing Ops: Set up and manage tech stack including HubSpot, GA4, attribution tools; ensure lead flow integrity to Sales. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Founders, and Design to align messaging, landing pages, and GTM strategies. Planning & Forecasting: Contribute to growth forecasting, performance reviews, and team planning rituals with clear, data-driven insights. WHAT YOU'LL BRING

3 -6 years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing, ideally in CaaS/ SaaS or fintech (Series A-C stage). Deep knowledge of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) and lifecycle tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4). Proven experience designing and executing full-funnel campaigns with measurable business impact. Strong A/B testing skills and familiarity with experimentation frameworks and funnel analytics. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and prioritize effectively. Experience collaborating across marketing, product, data, and sales teams to drive alignment and impact. Bonus: Background in fintech or working with travel clients is a strong plus. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. WHAT WE OFFER
