Position Title: Vice President of Supply Chain
Position Overview:
In this role, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Supply Chain to lead and scale the end-to-end supply chain operations for our Nature's Craft brand. This strategic leadership role will be critical in ensuring efficient sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes that support our growth across Amazon and other e-commerce, retail and international sales platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the creation and execution of a robust supply chain strategy aligned with Growve's expansion targets. Oversee all-encompassing supply chain operations including procurement, demand planning, manufacturing coordination, warehousing, and fulfillment. Establish, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and clear communication. Work collaboratively with teams across departments, peer groups, and leadership to share best practices, address issues, and drive continuous improvement across the team and organization. Manage supplier and logistics relationships to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency. Ensure full adoption and effective use of supply chain systems. Develop and implement scalable supply chain processes that accommodate SKU complexity, promotions, and geographic expansion. Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless alignment and support for product launches and marketing initiatives. Stay informed on industry trends, Amazon requirements, and best practices to continuously enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness. Oversee and enhance the utilization and efficiency of Growve's supply chain systems, including ERP (GP Dynamics), Power BI reporting tools, and the supply chain functionality within PIM/ DAM (Salsify), project management (ClickUp), and TMS Mercury Gate) platforms. Assist manufacturing teams in optimizing component ordering processes to align with Just-in-Time (JIT) principles.
Collaborate closely with the Forecasting and Demand Planning team to monitor forecasts and net requirements planning (NRP), proactively address issues, support the S&OP process, and strengthen forecasting accuracy in partnership with vendors.
Oversee procurement of ingredients (if needed), packaging materials (mainly labels), and finished goods. Balance cash flow optimization with inventory efficiency, ensuring adequate stock levels in the right locations to support accurate and timely fulfillment of sales orders. Work in close partnership with the Sales team to improve customer service performance, with an emphasis on accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery. Take ownership of and deliver on key performance metrics, including cost savings, inventory turns, lead times, stock levels, obsolescence, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. Required Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management within e-commerce, consumer goods, and/ or wellness supplement industries. Proven success managing complex supply chains in high-growth environments, preferably with experience on Amazon or comparable platforms. Expertise in sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, and logistics. Strong data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency with supply chain planning and analytics tools. Solid expertise in ERP systems (GP Dynamics), Power BI reporting, and supply chain functionalities within PIM/DAM platforms, project management tools, and transportation management systems. Deep industry knowledge across dietary supplements and food sectors. Proven track record of exceptional leadership in building high-performing teams and cultivating strong employee engagement. Adept at analysis, problem-solving, time management, and computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities; confident in engaging with Sales teams, customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and executive leadership. Committed to continuous learning and process improvement; experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies is a plus. Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field; MBAor advanced degree preferred. Additional Details:
