Currently, we are in search of a skilled
full-time Maintenance Technician .
Responsibilities and Duties
The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:
Perform any and all property maintenance needs Prepare apartments for new residents Completes work orders Basic Carpentry Plumbing Electrical Systems Mechanical Systems Small Appliance Repair Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas HVAC service and repair (willing to train) Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash Benefit Summary

Maintenance or "handyman" experience Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight) Able to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
