Compensation Pay Range:$157500-$225000/Yrs
Description Supervise and support global monthly close processes, including journal entry preparation and account reconciliations. Ensure accurate monthly balance sheet statements and P&L expenses analysis. Maintain and manage monthly close calendar and coordinate deadlines. Support day-to-day accounting processes for various financial functions. Contribute to system enhancements and process automation. Promote an effective control environment for SOX compliance. Supervise and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Supervise teams for global monthly close and financial reporting. Ensure accurate balance sheet and P&L expense capturing. Manage monthly close calendar and coordinate with stakeholders. Support general ledger, accounts receivable, and payable processes. Contribute to accounting research and risk management. Promote and document control activities for compliance. Supervise and coach staff, fostering continuous improvement.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required. 8-10 years of progressive accounting and controllership experience. Public company and SOX compliance experience required. Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
