Pay Range:

$105,000.00 - $152,500.00 Annual

Job Responsibilities: What you will do

Provide strategic oversight to long term continuous improvement business projects. Collaborate with peers and leaders across all business lines.

Work with executive leadership to identify analytical opportunities geared toward organizational improvement. Lead the development of key metrics and reports (financial, statistical, economic) in conjunction with company executive leadership for various departments. Provide models and ad-hoc analysis related to various business initiatives and opportunities. Perform and maintain a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and bench marking comparisons. Provide recommendations to Executive Management identifying areas of focus/improvement. Work with executive leadership to create plans and budgets consistent with organizational objectives. Develop processes that support strategic long-term views for whole organization. Work with Information Technology (IT) to drive strategic business improvements. Provide financial insights to operating units and departments in an effort to drive performance. Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives. Qualifications: What you need to bring

10+ years' business experience, including 6 years of analytical related work required. Previous leadership experience required. Bachelors in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. CPA required. MBA preferred. Must possess advanced understanding of financial measurement tools including NPV, IRR, WACC, ROA, and ROI. Must have strong knowledge of accounting and relationship between balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Must be able to identify strengths and weaknesses of employees and delegate work appropriately. Must be able to think strategically while proactively identifying areas of organizational improvement. Must be able to manage long and short term projects. Must be able to query raw data using various methods (Microsoft Query, VBA, Business Objects, SQL). Must possess exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to present to executive leadership in a respectful and effective manner, while properly defending recommendations and ideas.
