Human Resources Director Job at Real Estate Executive Search, Inc. in Irvine

The candidate must have supervisory experience, having directly managed a team of 3 or more. We are looking for candidates with corporate experience versus site-level experience. Responsibilities Overseeing all areas of Employee Relations issues to include investigations, LOAs, worker's comp, terminations, conflict resolution, employee onboarding, benefits enrollment. Managing and leading a staff of Generalists and Coordinators Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management 7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally at the corporate level Previous supervisor experience, having managed at least 3 direct reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Qualified candidates MUST have California experience.
