Job Description Required Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities: • Over 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management, preferably in senior roles with budget oversight. • Proven success in managing large and complex IT programs while effectively leading cross-functional teams through changes. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels. • Facilitate smooth transitions for teams by implementing change management strategies that align people, processes, and technology with business objectives, while minimizing resistance to change. • Superior project management skills, with demonstrated experience in using various project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) and governance frameworks. • Skilled in organizational change management (OCM).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities:
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Strong leadership skills, with a keen understanding of power dynamics and spheres of influence. Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical requirements, breaking down complex problems into manageable components for evaluation. Skilled in risk management, process redesign, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with IT concepts, cloud hosting, and network solutions. Comfortable with IT diagrams and managing proposals in procurement systems (e.g., Procore); experience in IT construction delivery and requirements gathering is a plus. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar tools). PMP, PM-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred. Prior experience in government or public-sector environments is an advantage.
