What You'll Be Doing: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems with accuracy and professionalism Communicate repair needs and solutions clearly to homeowners Perform preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance Educate customers on HVAC equipment, options, and energy-saving upgrades Support and train less experienced team members Follow all safety and local code requirements Adapt to company needs and contribute to team success What We're Looking For:
EPA Certification
(or willing to obtain upon hire) Minimum 5
years of HVAC service experience Strong communication and customer service skills A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn Physically able to lift
50-100 lbs , work in attics/crawl spaces, and outdoors Valid
driver's license
with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check and drug screening What We Offer:
