What You’ll Get to Do
The Loader/Unloader III is responsible for sorting and packaging shower door orders for shipment to customers, ensuring orders are complete. This role reports to the Plant Manager and is a vital member of the Shipping Department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Job responsibilities include:
Receive hardware into the OBE system and retag as necessary. Locate and inspect shower door glass, matching it with hardware. Track orders to completion, ensuring glass and hardware are shipped together without exceptions. Reject defective glass and send it for recut. Ensure continuity of the process by:
Communicating with the night supervisor about incomplete packages daily. Coordinating with Door Coordinators regarding pick-up slips daily. Receive other goods into the OBE system and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
What We Are Looking For
Ability to grasp and squeeze small parts and large items. Ability to stand on concrete, wearing safety boots, for up to 12 hours per day. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. repeatedly throughout a shift. Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with regional climate conditions (heat, humidity, etc.).
