Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Line Operator in Orange, CA! Pay: $19/hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate the gummy production line, including kettle , depositor, and cooling tunnel Measure and weigh raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records (MBR) Monitor cooking processes, including pH and brix measurements Spread finished product on drying trays and inspect for quality Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas, including tray washing machine Record accurate documentation, including batch records, labeling, logbooks, and raw materials Perform basic calculations and ensure proper yield percentages Stand for 90% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, or 6-12 months related experience Ability to follow written instructions, SOPs, and safety policies Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset Experience in food or nutraceutical manufacturing preferred; mechanical aptitude a plus Comfortable working in a team environment and performing process verification Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
