Overview
As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. In addition to front desk responsibilities, you'll assist with various escrow-related tasks to help ensure smooth and timely closings.
Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. • Maintain a clean and organized front office and closing rooms. • Handle earnest money deposits and ensure accurate receipting. • Assist with opening new escrow files and distributing documents. • Support escrow officers with document preparation and file management. • Communicate with lenders, agents, and attorneys to gather required information. • Track and follow up on outstanding items needed for closing. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Perform other administrative and escrow-related duties as needed.
Education
• Notary Public (State of Colorado) • Title Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Experience
• Exceptional customer service skills, detail oriented, excellent communication, and organizational skills. • Understands escrow/closing standards, title commitments and requirements, real estate regulations and guidelines, proration, per diems, lender documents, real estate documents, document preparation, etc. • Team player, self-starter, committed, dedicated, respectful and hard working. • Candidate must possess the ability to work independently. • Candidate must be comfortable meeting with clients and prospects in varied settings.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong customer service and communication skills. • Professional demeanor and positive attitude. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. • Previous experience in a title, escrow, or real estate office is a plus.
Additional Information
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS: This position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $20 - $23 based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
