What You Will Be Doing

Operating sandblasting equipment for application of various industrial coating methods. Cleaning and prepping surfaces of various materials using abrasive blasting equipment.

What We're Looking For

Must Have's: 1-3 years' experience using a sand blaster. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Proven experience as a sandblaster or in a similar industrial role. Familiarity with different abrasive media and blasting techniques. Ability to work in confined spaces and wear protective gear for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset. Good physical condition; able to lift heavy materials and work in various positions. Nice to Have:

Certification in abrasive blasting (e.g., SSPC/NACE) is a plus. Forklift or heavy equipment operation experience is a bonus. What We Offer

What Hours You Will Work

This is a full-time position. Second shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Work Conditions

This position operates out of a fabrication facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
