Job Responsibilities:
- Day to day includes Customer Review AML AML-centric/Screening Dispositioning. The incumbent will then present AML-driven insights in a digestible manner to program executives.
- Scope of work includes (but is not limited to):
- Creating reporting dashboards on AML audit remediation efforts
- Translating raw data from Excel to digestible PowerPoint graphs
- Presenting data to key business executives
- Representing the business at all meetings and activities.
- Conducting sessions with business line leaders and tracking activities.
- Reviewing Process Standards and determining gaps for remediation.
Must Have:
- 5+ years with Customer Review AML-centric/Screening Dispositioning
- Previous banking or financial institution experience
- Reporting experience
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written & verbal)
Nice to Have:
- ACAMS certification
- Salesforce and/or nCINO knowledge/experience
- Experience with Tableau, Visio, Advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), and PEGA is an asset
Education:
- University-level education (any discipline)
Notes:
- AML/KYC analyst with AML/KYC Remediation and investigative experience.
