Description Robert Half is searching for a Business Analyst to support a non-profit organization based in Washington state. This Business Analyst will work alongside the departments manager and support the roll-out of project initiatives. Job Details: Duration: 6 months to hire Location: 100% Remote Schedule: Monday - Friday Core Business Hours Job Duties: Work closely with the Project Manager to review projects in pipeline and Build and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps; track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Provide hands-on technical support and light systems administration across end-user technologies and software platforms. Assist and help lead initiatives such as selecting and rolling out new laptop modules. Work closely with the Manager on key initiatives while also operating independently to drive tasks forward. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role. Skilled in vendor and stakeholder management. Knowledgeable in requirements gathering and eliciting of decisions for technical projects. Familiar with Systems Administration or Tier 2 support. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
