JOB SUMMARY Wound Pros Management Group is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with a strong background insales data analysis to help drive strategic decisions across the organization. In this role, you will analyze sales performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that improve revenue growth and sales effectiveness. You will work closely with sales leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders to optimize sales processes, streamline reporting, and ensure data-driven decision making. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions Collect, analyze, and interpret sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPI reports, and forecasting models for executives and sales managers Conduct win/loss, pipeline, and territory performance analysis to support strategic sales planning Collaborate with finance and operations to align sales data with revenue targets and organizational objectives Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales strategy, processes, and resource allocation Prepare presentations and reports that communicate findings clearly to executives, board members, and other decision-makers WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field Advanced degree or certifications in data analytics, business analysis, or sales operations a plus Experience 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a strong focus on sales or revenue analytics Proven ability to turn raw sales data into actionable insights for leadership Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE Strong SQL and database management skills for extracting and manipulating sales data Advanced Excel and data visualization expertise Ability to create and present clear, compelling sales performance reports to executives Excellent communication skills with the ability to “tell the story” behind the numbers Collaborative, proactive, and able to partner with multiple teams to drive results EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Wound Pros Management Group Inc. is an equal opportunity employer focused on being more than just a great workplace; we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment for everyone.
