We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role will focus on defining system requirements, creating project scope documents, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of low-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand and document business needs and technical requirements.
Scope Definition : Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client and organizational goals.
Process Mapping : Analyze and document current workflows, identify gaps, and propose solutions using low-code platforms.
User Stories & Use Cases : Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
Data Modeling : Work with teams to define data models and design workflows to support project requirements.
Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation : Create comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user manuals.
Support Delivery : Assist in testing and quality assurance to ensure the delivered solutions meet client expectations.
Qualifications

Required Skills:
Experience : 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in IT consulting or low-code platform implementations.
Technical Expertise : Familiarity with low-code platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, entellitrak, or Tyler Application Platform is highly desirable.
Public Sector Knowledge : Understanding of federal and state government processes and regulations is a plus.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Project Management : Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Problem-Solving : Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions quickly.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
