This is a fast-paced, dynamic role supporting Executive Search, Board, and Advisory projects focused on the Technology sector, specifically IT Services. The Senior Business Analyst will guide internal client teams including consultants and researchers on project execution, market and candidate research, and production of high-quality client deliverables. This individual will also support business development efforts and contribute to strategic insights and knowledge sharing across the team. Ideal candidates will bring strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Research & Project Strategy Conduct comprehensive research on clients, their industries, and key market trends. Define project strategies and timelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Serve as lead researcher on multiple simultaneous projects, advising consultants on project execution and candidate strategies. Use market insights, internal data tools, and strategic research to identify and prioritize high-caliber candidates. Develop high-quality client documentation such as candidate profiles, role specifications, market maps, and progress reports. Support cross-functional teams to deliver tailored leadership solutions across various client needs. Business Development Collaborate with consulting teams to develop tailored pitch materials and strategic insights for prospective clients. Monitor industry developments and company updates to identify new opportunities. Support strategic business development initiatives, including event targeting and outreach. Knowledge Management Contribute to internal best practices by sharing market intelligence and insights. Develop deep subject matter expertise in the IT Services segment. Build and maintain a network within the industry and share key updates across the team.
