Senior Business Analyst Salesforce | Wealth Management
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep Salesforce expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions. Prior experience in wealth management or financial services is strongly preferred, as this role will work closely with stakeholders in that space to optimize business processes, improve client experiences, and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements for Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
Analyze current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that align with business goals.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for Salesforce development teams.
Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, Salesforce administrators, developers, and IT to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Oversee testing, UAT, and validation of Salesforce changes to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
Manage and maintain Salesforce data integrity, reporting, and dashboards for actionable insights.
Support ongoing Salesforce adoption by creating user training materials and conducting sessions as needed.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, recommending enhancements when beneficial.
Leverage knowledge of the wealth management industry to ensure Salesforce solutions are compliant and optimized for client relationship management, portfolio tracking, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud strongly preferred).
Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certification a plus.
Experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial services preferred.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, process automation, data management, and reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
