Job Description: Business Analyst III Duties: Engage with Product Managers to understand and support documenting product requirements. Partner with Product Managers to estimate the size and scope of new product and service offerings. Assist in documenting cross-functional business requirements and develop user stories. Define and standardize processes and playbooks for Product Managers to improve time to define product options. Build consensus from cross-functional leads on business requirements. Capture tactical and strategic product goals, providing traceability and mapping to metrics. Define core processes, describe external entities, and detail involved resources and controls. Partner with QA team to leverage automation for regression testing to improve quality during UAT. Work with business partners and product managers to define test scenarios for UAT. Manage UAT execution, coordinate between testers and IT teams. Document test results and ensure timely execution and signoff. Skills: 5-7+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner. Experience with process documentation, automation, and digital transformations impacting Partners, Channels, and Distributors. Experience modeling business processes using various tools and techniques. Knowledge of systems supporting high-tech business processes for Partners/Channels/Distributors. Expertise in writing User Stories and converting business requirements. Ability to act as liaison between business and IT, conveying needs and constraints. Experience with Confluence and JIRA preferred. Prior experience with Salesforce, Steelbrick CPQ, and Salesforce PRM desired. Ability to recognize organizational issues and interdependencies. Exceptional communication skills at all organizational levels. Broad enterprise-wide business understanding. Team player with influence skills. Proficient with Google Suite tools. PMP and SCRUM certifications preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of related experience. Proven experience in requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development. Skills and Experience: Required Skills: Business requirements, Metrics, Configure, Price, Quote, Process documentation, Salesforce. Additional Skills: Scrum, Documentation, QA, Regression Testing, UAT, Communication skills, PMP, Confluence.
