This role will be a key member of the Gen AI & Strategic Underwriting Automation Team, reporting directly to the VP of Underwriting AI & Strategic Automation—a placement we proudly made back in October. He’s thriving in the role and is now looking for a standout Business Systems Analyst to support the next phase of their AI initiative. As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in aligning IT solutions with business objectives through data analytics. Your focus will be on evaluating processes, defining requirements, and offering data-driven insights to executives and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Understand and document project objectives and business needs to ensure effective system alignment. Analyze current systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and objectives. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and process enhancements. Who We’re Looking For: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in business systems analysis, ideally within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable business insights. Excellent communication skills to present data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
