Our client, Kforce Technology Staffing, is seeking the following. Apply via Dice today! RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst V in Washington, DC. Responsibilities: Develop communication and training materials including on-line training, user guides, and SharePoint information sites Coordinate with multiple business partners including the vendor, LRC, Legal, People and Places, and Information Technology to prepare and publish employee communication and training materials Monitor employee broker accounts and transactions within the vendor system to ensure compliance with the Insider Trading Policy and related governance documents Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to identify potential risks, trends, and key performance indicators for senior management Identify potential instances of non-compliance with Insider Trading Compliance requirements and escalate to LRC management, Legal, and Ethics/Investigations as required Participate with the team in managing the third-party vendor system to ensure compliance with Insider Trading Compliance requirements including issue identification, escalation and resolution REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience developing employee communication and training materials Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work collaboratively as a team member Ability to manage projects efficiently, high attention to detail and excellent time management skills Experience within a financial institution or highly regulated environment is preferred Experience with implementing and maintaining an insider trading compliance program is preferred Experience implementing a regulatory compliance software is preferred The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
