Job Title: Business Analyst Manager Location: Virtual Other Consideration: U.S. Citizen (Required) The Business Analyst Manager will be responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and efficiency within a strategic program at the Department of Veterans Affairs that has the potential to impact over millions of veteran users. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. The Sr. Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage business analysis projects from inception to completion Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements Develop and document business process and workflows Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions Provide training and support to end users Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Success Factors Strong leadership and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or relevant degree (bachelor's degree can be substituted with 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted). Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus Proficient experience in data analysis Transitioning military and/or Veterans with IT/IS, finance, and/or healthcare systems specialties are invited to apply.
