Your Role The Healthcare Quality & Affordability Project Management Office (HQA PMO) team partners with HQA leaders, functional areas across the organization, Stellarus, and other vendor-partners to execute strategic and operational initiatives focused on process improvement, documentation, and efficiency gains. The Business Analyst, Principal, is responsible for defining business requirements, documenting processes, developing measurement plans, conducting user acceptance testing, and collaborating with project teams to design and implement solutions. This role reports to the Senior Director of the PMO. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a college degree or equivalent experience. Requires 10 years of relevant experience. Requires mastery level knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and experience. Deep knowledge of project management is preferred. Certified Business Analysis Professional certification is preferred. Six Sigma Certification is preferred. Knowledge of Data & Analytics, including interpreting reports, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Knowledge of healthcare market trends, competitive landscape, and operational challenges. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation, translating business needs into actionable insights.
