Arthrex is actively searching for a Business Analyst II – Operations Technology to identify, define, and document business processes and requirements for various business initiatives. They serve as a liaison between Business and other teams (internal or external) by facilitating communication and determining objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs. Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve business goals. Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements. Use a variety of techniques to elicit business requirements such as: interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, storyboards, etc. Add value to the business by partnering and consulting to make recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions. Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks and the impact to the business up and down stream. Work with business partners to prioritize requirements. Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate. Manage changes throughout the delivery process. Create artifacts as appropriate, such as: business case, use case, scope, requirements, process flows, and test scenarios. Support business in the identification, selection, testing, training, and deployment of solutions. Document current processes and models to understand and identify potential improvement. Identify and assist in prioritizing opportunities to streamline business processes. Adhere to the Quality System and Change Control Procedures. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
