Your impact will be felt as you develop, enhance, and document critical IT processes including comprehensive user lifecycle management, systems access for various user classifications, and asset management across over a dozen different countries. This role will report to our IT Operations Manager. What You'll Be Doing Provide advanced technical support for end-user hardware across multiple platforms (MacOS, Windows, and occasionally Linux) Deliver expert-level software support for enterprise applications including Google Workspace, Asana, 1Password, Adobe, Microsoft 365, InTune/Entra, Notion, and JAMF Contribute to strategic IT projects, including planning, implementation, and successful delivery of technical solutions that align with organizational objectives Coordinate physical goods management and global asset lifecycle tracking across international locations Develop comprehensive knowledge base documentation and standard operating procedures for logistics operations Serve as the second-tier escalation point for resolving complex technical issues that cannot be addressed by Tier 1 support What You Should Have 3+ years of experience in IT support with progressive responsibilities and demonstrated technical growth Proven experience coordinating physical asset management and inventory tracking across multiple locations, preferably with international scope Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management platforms for tracking and resolving technical issues Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet applications and data analysis for inventory management and reporting Demonstrated expertise supporting enterprise software solutions (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, JAMF, Intune, Okta, etc.) Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities with attention to detail and process optimization Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create clear technical documentation Nice to have: Experience working in fast-paced technology or startup environments with rapidly evolving priorities Demonstrated project management capabilities with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration across technical and business teams Experience with automation tools and process optimization to improve operational efficiency Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious points : You make a new throwaway email for every free trial. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $112,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
