Thermoforming Set-Up Operator

Work Hours (Shift) -
2nd Shift (3:00pm - 12:00pm)
Starting Pay -
Depends on Experience, $20-$26 per hour

Required Education -
High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience -
At least 3-5 years of experience
Responsibilities
-Set up and adjust thermoforming machines according to production requirements, as well as perform tool changes and machine calibrations when necessary
-Monitor production runs for to ensure quality and consistency
-Edit CNC programs using offsets and G&M Codes
-Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
-Complete other assigned tasks as requested
Qualifications
-HS Diploma or GED required
-3+ years of thermoforming and plastics experience, as well as 5 Axis CNC set-up experience
-Experience/knowledge to edit CNC programs and G&M Codes
-Forklift experience preferred
