Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented
Deburr Operator
with at least
6+ months of experience
in deburring, grinding, or part finishing. This role is responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from machined parts to ensure they meet strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform deburring, sanding, grinding, and polishing of machined parts using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and equipment. Inspect finished parts to verify they meet specifications and quality requirements. Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and inspection criteria. Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Assist with production needs and support team goals. Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ months of deburring or related manufacturing experience required. Familiarity with hand tools, grinders, and other finishing equipment. Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and part inspection. Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
