Expected to openFall of 2025 , our Bimini Square Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic will provide Pediatric Rehabilitation Services to Cape Coral's rapidly growing population. We are looking for Physical Therapists , Occupational Therapists , and Speech Language Pathologists to embark on this journey with us as we strive to improve access to care , r educe wait times , and p rovide more localized healthcare options for residents and visitors to sunny Cape Coral Florida . The PT is also responsible for alleviating impairments, functional limitations and disabilities by designing, implementing and modifying treatment interventions. Additional responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability, as well as, the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages. The PT is engaged in administration, consultation, education and research. The PT is expected to conduct themselves in an effective professional behavior manner. The attributes, characteristics or behaviors required for success in this job include: critical thinking, communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, responsibility, professionalism, use of constructive feedback, effective use of time and resources, stress management, and commitment to learning.
