About The Position Typical Caseload:
Average patients seen/day:
(visits are weighted) 6-7 units/day; 30/week.
Average Admissions completed/day or week:
Admissions are weighted at 2.40 units – 2 admissions can be expected per day
Minimum Years of Experience required:
1 year – Home Health experience.
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
18 y/o + (no peds), wd care, wd vacs, Pleurx drains, cath (foley and SP), feeding tubes, IVs (peripheral and PICCs/Ports), DM, HF, med and disease mgmt.

BLS Certification
