As a Software Engineer, youll be designing and scaling the infrastructure that fuels cutting-edge research and drives seamless, real-time interactions between users and intelligent agents. This isnt your average fullstack role, youll be hands-on with the systems that support high-concurrency, massive data throughput, and emerging AI use cases. Key Responsibilities Architect and build backend systems to manage user data and support highly concurrent AI-driven workflows. Partner closely with research, UI/UX, and product teams to deliver seamless, integrated AI experiences. Optimize services for scalability and performance, using strategies like caching, load balancing, and efficient data handling. Monitor and troubleshoot system bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and quick recovery. What You Bring 25+ years in backend engineering, ideally in AI/LLM-powered environments. Strong fluency in Python, Java, or Go, and modern frameworks. Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and big data pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows. Practical knowledge of streaming architectures (WebSockets, SSE). Hands-on AI integration experience: prompt engineering, secure model execution, context management. Excellent problem-solver, communicator, and collaborative teammate.
