OB/GYN Physician Locums Job in Colorado Monday - Friday at Hospital and Clinic Settings Immediate and Ongoing Coverage Assignment
Coverage Needed:
Immediate and ongoing
4 days in clinic and around 8 days of call per month
CNMs generally cover weekends as 1st call
Shift Description:
Hospital: Monday Friday (Hours vary)
Office/Clinic: Monday Friday (8am - 5pm)
Requirements: Board certified Must be licensed in Colorado or IMLC COVID vaccinated Obstetrics: Low risk pregnancy Patients with pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia, pyelonephritis, hyperemesis, etc. High risk pregnancy Patients with toxemia, diabetes, Class II or higher cardiacs, chronic lung problems, chronic renal disease, etc. FHR interpretation NST/CST/FSE OB ultrasounds Performance of Interpretation (Level I/screening/viability) Labor and Delivery: Routine delivery Vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section Complicated delivery C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc. Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Gynecology: Office/minor gynecology IUD, Cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc. Surgical gynecology Open Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only tubal ligation, LOA s, chromal tubation Operative/Major (includes diagnostic) ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA s Assignment Details: EMR: Epic Callback percentages: Weekday: 80%, Weekend: 80%, OB: 80%, GYN: 20% Response time: 20 minutes Practice percentages: Low-risk pregnancy: 50%, High risk pregnancy: 50%, C-section: 20%, Office GYN: 35% Average number of patients per day: 15-20 (Clinic) Average number of deliveries per physician per week: 6 Staff in group: 3 OB/GYNs, 2 Mid-Levels, virtual MFM/Perinatologists Lab and ultrasound onsite Facility: 13 exam rooms, 39 beds, 4 ICU beds Trauma Level III Nursery Level II (Ability to transfer to higher level NICU) Jackson and Coker offers: + Weekly Direct Deposit + Top Rated Malpractice Insurance + In-House Travel Agency + 24/7 Recruiter Availability + Experienced In-House Privileging Coordinators
