Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker with a knack for roof repair panels, pressure washing, and painting containers. The ideal candidate will have mechanical skills and the ability to work with hammers, saws, and drills. This role requires a commitment to working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools without supervision.

Ensure quality standards are consistently met.

Move materials using hand carts and/or pallet jacks.

Pressure wash containers and maintain cleanliness standards.

Assist with maintaining a safe and clean working environment, both inside and outside the facility.

Maintain accurate inventory and container classification.

Complete forklift training and operate a forklift safely.

Perform light welding tasks such as roof discs and door tracks, and engage in simple fabrication.

Weld plastic components like roofs and panels.

Perform simple cutting operations with oxy/fuel equipment.

Adhere to all safety policies, including OSHA regulations, and perform tasks safely.

Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience working outdoors.

2+ years of experience using hand and power tools in assembly, steel fabrication, carpentry, or industrial painting.

Ability to perform light welding and simple cutting operations with oxy/fuel equipment.

Proficiency in basic math.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in material handling, general labor, and warehouse operations.

Work Environment

The position entails working from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The role involves working in a hot environment and requires flexibility to adapt to different tasks as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Humble, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
