Job Summary
This International Program Support Specialist will provide administrative and programmatic support for the planning, coordination and organizing of multiple Programs managed by a US Army Project Office. The role involves contributing to cross functional teams and handling a broad range of responsibilities to include coordinating and facilitating Foreign Visit Requests, managing budgeting and reporting requirements associated with the Defense Travel System (DTS), Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), assisting in overseeing special projects, scheduling and preparing for meetings and maintaining program files. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of working independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Conduct research on project-related issues to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and the Security Assistance Management Manual
Maintain and organize current program files to ensure accessibility and accuracy
Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables
Support evaluations of existing and proposed projects, programs, and processes to assess impact and alignment with strategic objectives
Serve as a liaison with the Foreign Disclosure Office to ensure compliance with disclosure policies
Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Manage and prioritize the directorate's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Collect, document and disseminate information required by program and project managers
Assist in program evaluation to ensure adherence to U.S. laws and international agreements governing defense trade and foreign military engagements, including export controls, regulations, and policy guidelines
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma,
5+ years of experience in administrative and program support.
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DTS, PACS and foreign visit coordination is highly desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
