What will you be doing?

Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate:
Starting pay $19.00/hr. (Increases depending on shift)
Location:
Ontario, CA
Job Duties:
Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in
picking customer orders
and preparing them for shipment. This is a
fast-paced, hands-on role
where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork matter most.
What You'll Do
Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and speed
Prepare boxes, load carts, and stage orders for shipment
Verify packing accuracy, seal cartons, and send to shipping
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines
Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accountability
Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers
Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
Transport materials to production workstations
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Requirements
Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner
Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties
Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift)
Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25–50 lbs unassisted
Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time
Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently
