The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Bartenders to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

What will you do?

Receives drink orders from patrons or servers

Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures

Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer

Enters drink orders into point-of-sale system, collects payment from patrons for drinks served

Completes daily reporting accurately, depending on company and managerial standards

Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies

Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock

Prepares and replenishes appetizers and garnishes as needed

Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

More about you

Must be at least 18 years old

One to two years of previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred

Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to the Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards

Ability to complete required pre-employment alcohol service training

Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately total guest checks and conduct inventory

Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names

Ability to multitask by meeting the needs of one's customers while preparing drinks for guests seated in the dining area of the restaurant

Verbal communication skills; listening skills with the ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly

Physical requirements

Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally

Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
