Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking a PC Technician to join their end-user support team in their NYC location. Candidate's must have experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software devices, focused on Windows, with basic Mac/iPhone knowledge. They must be able to multitask in a high pressure environment and take direction from team lead. Candidates for this role must be willing to travel to NYC 5x/week.

Skills and Requirements
5+ experience has PC technician
Strong experience troubleshooting Windows
Experience setting up monitors and docking stations
Basic knowledge of Mac/iPhone troubleshooting null
