Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Project Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience in large-scale commercial and workplace interiors. This role involves leading design projects from concept through construction, managing client relationships, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead design projects from concept through construction.
Manage and develop client relationships effectively.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative design solutions.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and ADA requirements.
Guide space planning, finish selection, and design documentation.
Coordinate client presentations and team leadership in fast-paced project environments.
Essential Skills
10+ years of experience in interior design, particularly in corporate commercial and workplace projects exceeding 200,000 sq ft.
NCIDQ certification is required.
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Deltek Vision.
Strong abilities in space planning, finish selection, and design documentation.
Experience in building codes, ADA compliance, and sustainable design.
Capability to lead projects across all phases, including conceptual and technical design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
NCARB preferred for Registered Architects.
Accreditation in sustainable design practices is preferred.
Work Environment
Join a 45-person studio with a team of 11 interior designers. Enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule with three days in-office and the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
