Insight Global is seeking customer service representatives for our client in El Paso for their Retirement Services Operational Support Team. In this role you will help clients with their retirement accounts and provide expert guidance on IRAs (Traditional, Roth, Inherited, ESA) and small business plans (SEP, SIMPLE, QRP, i401k). You will handle transactions like distributions, Roth conversions, and tax withholding updates. The goal of this position is to build client loyalty through helpful service and teamwork. Skills and Requirements

• 2-4 years’ Experience in a high-volume call center, preferably in finance

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to de-escalate client concerns calmly and effectively

• Comfortable using Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams

• Flexible with work hours based on business needs

• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn

• Team-oriented with leadership potential • Bachelor’s degree null
