Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to contribute to a range of commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential projects. The role involves creating detailed interior specifications, utilizing REVIT and AutoCAD for construction documents, and engaging in graphic design for renderings and space planning. An understanding of the procurement process is essential to ensure compliance with construction plans.
Responsibilities
Develop interior specifications for various projects including commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential.
Utilize REVIT and AutoCAD to prepare and produce construction documents.
Create graphic designs for renderings and space planning.
Ensure all designs comply with construction plans through a solid understanding of the procurement process.
Collaborate with a team of five interior designers while also working independently to advance projects.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
At least 3 years of experience in interior design.
A minimum of 2 years of experience using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential projects.
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in architecture and space planning.
A degree or qualification in Interior Design or related field.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
