Call Center Representative

What You’ll Do: Handle incoming calls, maintaining a minimum of 75 calls daily Listen to and process after-hours voicemails Make outbound calls and respond to callback requests Confirm and/or reschedule, cancel patient appointments Follow office guidelines Offer the soonest available appointment Utilize TEAMS, tasking, and/or email to manage referrals, prescription refills, pre-authorizations, medical record requests, patient complaints, etc. Schedule appointments for all offices, including new patient appointments, follow-up appointments, cosmetic consultations, and cosmetic appointments (All surgeries including excisions & Mohs procedures, should be emailed or transferred to the appropriate office) Transfer pre-op calls to the designated representative for each location Transfer biopsy results calls to the designated representative for each location Submit medical records requests to the correct department (OFFICE or MEDICAL RECORDS) Position will report to the onsite supervisor and the call center manager What We Offer: Full-time employment, Monday through Friday and Saturdays on Rotation (7:30-4) Competitive salary and benefits Health, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance options 401K retirement savings Paid time off Professional development opportunities Supportive and fair work environment Apply Today!
