Aerotek is currently hiring for a Reach Truck Operator in Upper Marlboro, MD!
Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
Ensure accurate storage of materials, track inventory levels, and perform routine stock checks.
Pick and pack products on time.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist in other warehouse duties as required, including packing, labeling, and general housekeeping.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in a warehouse environment.
Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, reach truck, cherry picker, or other types of equipment.
Experience with inventory counting.
Experience with picking & packing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Able to use an RF scanner.
Work Environment
The warehouse is a very large, fast-paced environment, over 220,000 square feet with more than 25 bay doors. It is a clean and organized space, with floor-to-ceiling racks and a wire guidance system. Employees are required to maintain cleanliness and organization within their workspaces. The shift is from Monday to Friday, starting at 3:30 pm until finished.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
