This is a unique opportunity to join a company with incredible momentum, strong product-market fit, and a mission to redefine an industry worth hundreds of billions annually. What You Will Do Take end-to-end ownership of engineering projects that directly impact customers and revenue. Work closely with product and design to ship high-quality, user-facing features. Leverage the company's unique datasets to build AI-powered tools that improve efficiency in recruiting. Contribute to architectural decisions as the company scales its platform and engineering team. Operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where your contributions shape the company's trajectory. Ideal Candidate Background 2-7 years of experience as a software engineer building and shipping products in a startup or high-growth environment. Proven experience owning and delivering projects end-to-end. Background at early-stage startups (Seed-Series B) or later-stage companies known for excellent engineering and product velocity. Strong product sense with the ability to think beyond code and into user impact. CS degree or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Experience at an early-stage startup as a founder, founding engineer, or early team member. Familiarity with modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Postgres, GCP, Next.js). Interest in marketplaces, AI applications, or the recruiting space. Clear, concise communicator with a collaborative mindset. Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$130,000 - $250,000 base, depending on experience. Equity:
