Construction Inspector

We're seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to join a growing engineering team in Augusta, GA. This role involves on-site inspection of water and sewer utilities, storage tanks, treatment plants, civil site work, and commercial buildings. A company truck is provided, and travel is required across Georgia and parts of South Carolina.

Pay: $21$30/hour (based on experience)

Location: Augusta, GA 30907

Hours: MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM

Term: 6-month temp-to-perm

What You'll Do:

• Inspect construction projects for compliance with plans/specs
• Oversee work related to water/sewer utilities and treatment systems
• Maintain daily logs, photo documentation, and update as-built drawings
• Serve as liaison between contractors, engineers, and project owners
• Review shop drawings and product submittals
• Coordinate E&S compliance (Level 1A cert required within 90 days)

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of inspection or construction supervision experience
• Ability to read construction drawings
• E&S Level 1A Certification (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
• Willingness to travel regionally (mostly day trips, truck provided)
