We’re expanding and looking for great people to join our team. The Sales Call Center Specialist will engage with potential members through phone contact, schedule VIP tours in our medical centers, and educate prospective members about the organization’s services.

Operating hours are 8am to 8pm with different shift offerings available.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound calls from potential new members that are driven by local sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive traffic into inbound phone lines.
• Maintains acceptable call metrics and performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
• Handles inbound calls from potential new members generated from TV, marketing and events.
• Schedules VIP tours of our medical centers.
• Invites prospects to local community events as requested.
• Grows and nurtures potential members toward becoming new patients.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs preferred.
• Proficiency with computer and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluent written and oral English; bilingual (Spanish or Creole) is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills including active listening.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education And Experience Criteria

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of related phone contact work experience required.
• Successful experience in a service industry is strongly preferred.
• Successful customer care sales experience is a plus.
• Experience with Community Relations.
• Experience working with seniors or Medicare eligible individuals.
