Key Responsibilities
This role will involve a mix of Pelvic Floor Therapy and Orthopedic/Sports Medicine Physical Therapy, treating a diverse patient population.
Treat pelvic floor dysfunctions, including pelvic pain, incontinence, painful intercourse, interstitial cystitis, and pre/postnatal pelvic health. Provide care for musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, joint pain, spine conditions, and sports-related injuries. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. Work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment. Qualifications
Pelvic Floor Therapy certification required Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred Active Maryland Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one Open to new graduates with the required certification Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$100,000 in base pay and
exclusive of any bonuses
or available benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, , 401K, paid time off, and/or other wellness programs). The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location and benefits vary by practice.
