Healthcare Setting : Medical Clinic (Outpatient).

Summary:

The Facility is located in Lewes, DE. The facility is looking for candidates who can

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic, neurological, or post-surgical conditions.

• Provide evidence-based, hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to restore physical function.

• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessments, physician orders, and patient goals.

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.

Qualification:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred.

• Active PT license in DE .

• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
