Some patients are seen monthly and some are seen biweekly. Days - Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM Duration - 3 months Patient Population - MediCare Experience needed: Geriatric, Hospice, end of life, chronic disease management, time management, ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, flexible Paid Weekly and Malpractice is covered!
